FAQ
1.How could our journal be included in ISC?
ISC is a system which deals with analysis and ranking authors, publications and institutes. Islamic countries’ universities, research centers and scientific societies can consign one issue of their scientific journals to the Regional Information Center for Science and Technology.
2.Is there any possibility to index the publications at ISC, which are not published by the Islamic countries universities and scientific centers?
Regional Information Center for Science and Technology has other databases which include the full texts of the journals of non-Islamic countries. E-article and e-journal are two kinds of databases which indicate the full texts of journals. ISC is a place at which only the significant journals of each Islamic country would be processed.
3.Does ISC include the journals of Islamic countries published in different languages?
Yes. In addition to Farsi journals, the English language journals are taken into consideration based on scientometry principles. Also the Arabic and French language journals as well as the journals published in the national language of each Islamic country are indexed in ISC.
4.How can we subscribe to ISC?
With regard to subscription, you can whether be in touch with RICeST or send your demand to info@isc.gov.ir. Using username and password, you can get familiar with ISC databases and use them.
